Wendy Widom

Wendy leads workshops and coaches executives within the private and public sectors. Her work focuses on harnessing communication to transform organizations, pursue critical corporate objectives, and advance business leaders.

The winner of four Emmy Awards and a National Edward R. Murrow Award, Wendy has been a communication trailblazer for more than two decades. Her communication career – which spans industries such as media, marketing, and fintech – began during her U.S. Peace Corps service in Poland, where she founded an international Model United Nations team and facilitated leadership training workshops nationwide. Upon returning to the States and developing national training programs in the nonprofit sector, she pivoted to the emerging world of digital media, winning some of the news industry’s most prestigious distinctions.

Before joining Consensus, Wendy held senior leadership roles in Finance & Business, as well as in Sales. She received her mediation training at the Center for Conflict Resolution.
