Aalok Gupta

Based in CGN’s Hong Kong office, Aalok works with clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region, principally in China and Singapore.

He has extensive experience in training design and delivery, having spearheaded L&D initiatives for several global organizations.

Prior to joining CGN, Aalok served as HSBC’s Global Head of Learning & Talent Development, responsible for learning, talent, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion across 20 countries. He ascended to that role after serving as Country Head of Sales & Client Management.

Previously, Aalok held senior roles with American Express and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.

In addition to his work at CGN, he operates LSF Global, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on human capital and organizational effectiveness.

Aalok has an MBA from the ICFAI University and a certificate in organizational change and executive presence from Duke University.
