Jeff Flowers works with Fortune 500 executives across all industries, throughout the United States and globally. What distinguishes Jeff from other members of the Consensus team is his experience as an actor and director, which he combines with his 20+ years in Learning & Development.

Jeff began his career in musical theater, quickly becoming a director of New York’s famed stage productions. His passion for Training & Development was sparked when he, in his role as director, identified growth opportunities for members of his casts…so, he developed and led workshops designed to bolster individual’s theater-performance skills (many of which are grounded in emotional intelligence), as well as to foster improved group dynamics among an entire cast.

He further honed his facilitation and curriculum design skills by joining a training company that taught business professionals to leverage the art and science of performance to achieve business results. He also was trained as a mediator. And, over the years, he integrated executive coaching skills and assessment expertise into his Leadership Development repertoire.

Certified in DiSC, Acumen Leadership WorkStyles, and Social Styles assessment tools, Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
