Current Positions

Global Director, Sales & Business Development

This professional will be responsible for helping take our business to the next level of sales.

Since our founding in 1993, our firm principally has grown through client referrals and word of mouth. While we are proud that our reputation and service quality have resulted in a loyal, perennial client base that has consistently grown over time, we now would like to augment our volume through the introduction of a Sales function.

Initially, you will leverage your experience and professional network in Talent Development to originate new client relationships for the firm. This will be supported by leadership’s involvement (e.g., we will make ourselves available to attend sales meetings, to provide free “demo” sessions for prospects, to confer with you on sales strategies, etc.), marketing initiatives, collateral materials, client references, and an expense account, among other things. You also will identify additional opportunities with our current client base, and will help identify licensed network partners that will operate global offices for the firm.

Within a reasonable amount of time, you will build a sales team that you will lead. As the director of the Sales function, you will help shape the nature and structure of the team, and will be rewarded for the overall productivity of the function.

We view your role as being central to our success. Consequently, we will treat and compensate you accordingly.
