In certain situations, a preferred strategy for meeting a client’s professional development objectives is to teach their internal training staff how to facilitate a series of one or more Consensus workshops. This option is certainly worth considering when a sizeable roll-out is anticipated and when budgetary issues are at play.

When such is the case, our team of professionals works with the client to create a product that meets the specific educational goals. We then develop and execute a multi-step plan to train the client’s team of in-house facilitators on our theories, pedagogical methods, and other workshop elements.
