Consensus' executive coaching is designed to help individual professionals, or “coachees”, improve their negotiation, communication, relationship management, and/or conflict resolution skills through intensive, one-on-one interactions with a Consensus professional. It can be a stand-alone service or a complement to one or more of our skill-building workshops.
Our process focuses on the coachee’s specific areas for growth and improvement. Every coachee has a unique set of challenges, and each coaching engagement is carefully designed around the individual’s specific needs. Consensus brings vast experience in the field of negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution, and our professionals utilize this reservoir of knowledge and introduce specific tools and theoretical models that will lead to the coachee’s performance improvement.
