Accommodations:

A list of recommended hotels and related information on how you may arrange for accommodations will be sent to you with your confirmed reservation.

Attendance Limitations & Liability:

Attendance at all programs will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis. If a session is canceled, liability is limited to the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Qualified substitutes for confirmed registrants can be accommodated in advance of the program commencement date upon written notice and confirmation, and will incur a $250 fee for substitution.

Cancellations made 15 or more calendar days prior to the workshop’s commencement date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 14 calendars days of the workshop’s commencement date are subject to forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

One transfer per registrant to a subsequent course offering within 12 months is allowed. Transfer requests made more than 31 calendar days prior to the commencement date will incur a $250 transfer fee. Transfer requests made within 30 calendar days of the commencement date will incur a $500 transfer fee. A transfer request followed by a subsequent cancellation will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees above.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing, sent to Consensus, 1501 Broadway Suite 1604, New York, NY 10036.
