Bruce regularly works with a range of organizations, from large companies to smaller businesses. His private sector experience includes teaching negotiation, mediation, and communication workshops to executives and personnel from a variety of organizational departments including corporate management, sales, marketing, information technologies, research and development, etc.
Prior to joining Consensus, Bruce spent twelve years at IBM where, among other things, he was an instructor in IBM's renowned sales training program where he taught Consensus' negotiation methodology to the IBM sales force. Bruce also developed and delivered seminars on partnership development for EduCore. Previously, he worked for Distributed Solutions, Inc., a small specialty consulting firm where he designed, developed and delivered sales training for computer hardware business partners.
Bruce holds an MBA from University of Arizona and a Bachelors from Arizona State University.
